HumbleVoice.com

Humble Voice is a community of artists and those who appreciate them. It’s about mmusicians, artists, photographers, writers, and to create space where they can share their talent. It brings together the elements of Myspace, Youtube, and Flickr into one giant “lovechild”. The idea of Humble Voice is to join creative people. The users on Humble Voice can create profile pages as in Myspace and share their talent: upload music, videos, photos, and create a network of friends. There are also several categories where you can see featured artists in different forms of art: music, video, photography, visual art, and literature. Members can handle their own profiles by uploading a profile photograph, their own art of any and all kinds, basic self information, messages and friends’ profiles as well as commentary, featured texts, blog space, and community actions and photos. “Humble Voice is geared towards you – it’s not just your space”. It focuses around truly interested musicians, visual artists, photographers, and writers. “Our focus is quality users who aren’t here to make them self popular or to SPAM their message to all of their friends. We believe that by focusing on real people who have real creative abilities (art, photography, music, etc.) that it will help us develop a growing community that can be respected (Joshua Dziabiak, Humble Voice Team)”. People mostly love how interactive it is, feeling that people on here are truly interested in the website not for the purpose of getting friend requests or comments such as on Myspace or Facebook, but instead they are on here for their love of the different types of art. People are here to learn and to be inspired from other people’s artwork, as well as have their own works be appreciated. I believe that Humble Voice has the ability to bring calming thoughts to the members viewing the artwork of another artist. Positive judgements toward others bring joy and thoughtful compliments. The most important thing in social networks is to interact with others. Humble Voice helps people to understand and see the purpose of love towards something, instead of friend requests or receiving comments and what not.

Some of the problems that might occur here are over judgements. The viewers might negatively beyond judge another artist’s work and possibly end up with arguments and hate.  Humble Voice is practically an enjoyment helping me to better understand the true meanings in art, music, and writings, while being inspired and giving inspiration at the same time.
